As a general rule, we require that all BIM submissions be provided in two formats: the native format, which depends on the tool selected by the author of the information, and the IFC format.

We do not mandate the use of any specific software tool; however, any software proposed for use on our projects must be agreed and added to the software table in this Plan prior to use. Sharing intended technology formats early will help our teams achieve maximum interoperability for everyone.
